Cardio Drumming

CARDIO DRUMMING, is a fun cardio workout that engages the entire body. Elements of several popular workouts like Tabata, body sculpting and mini team building courses. Linda Explains that "position is everything" when it comes to the position of the body the knees must be in a bent position. This allows the body to be able to workout around the ball while keeping a rhythmed beat. The fierce pounding of the sticks in this position helps with core breakdown/rebuild while allowing the arms and legs to do the same.This is a low to medium systematic Art form: the body must be kept loose to engage with the arithmetic flow of the beats.


Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training alternating slow and fast rhythms and resistant training.

9:00 am - 9:30 am

Thursday & Friday @ SQACC Event Center (1225 Broadway)


*Children must be at least 7 yrs. old and accompanied by an adult.


CARDIO DRUMMING REWARDS

Classes are sustained through donations/rewards program. Attendees can sign up for the rewards program for $18.00 that will cover weekly healthy snacks
