Prevention through Art, Culinary, and Agriculture

Join us in empowering the community! 


The Sofia Quintero Arts and Cultural Center prioritizes mental health awareness in the Old South End neighborhood. By offering resources and raising awareness, we aim to remove the stigma surrounding seeking mental health support. This effort contributes to better stress and anxiety management, ultimately leading to improved overall health outcomes and stronger community connections.

EscuelaSMART Academy

Escuela SMART and SQACC are launching the Hub strategy as a way to organize resources and

support families. Emphasis will be placed on identifying existing, trusted, sustainable, and high-quality

resources that meet priority needs. The Sofia Quintero Art & Cultural Center will employ and oversee

the Hub Director, in collaboration with leadership from TPS and Escuela SMART. The Hub will include

various stakeholders in the community such as ALAS, the advisory board of Escuela SMART.


WE HAVE TEMPORARILY PAUSED THE SELECTION PROCESS FOR THIS POSITION AS WE MOVE TO THE NEXT PHASE.
