The Sofia Quintero Arts and Cultural Center prioritizes mental health awareness in the Old South End neighborhood. By offering resources and raising awareness, we aim to remove the stigma surrounding seeking mental health support. This effort contributes to better stress and anxiety management, ultimately leading to improved overall health outcomes and stronger community connections.
