Host your next event at the Sofia Quintero Art & Cultural Center!
Our Event Center, Nana's Kitchen, Grandpa's Garden, Educational Room, and Galería are available to rent for a variety of private and public events.
Our Event Center comfortably accommodates up to 200 guests, while the Educational Room is ideal for smaller gatherings of up to 45 people.

Need a Kitchen?
Nana's Kitchen, located inside the Sofia Quintero Event Center, is a fully equipped commercial commissary and catering kitchen. Licensed by both the Health Department and the Department of Agriculture, it provides a professional space for food preparation, catering, and culinary businesses.
Main Hall
Our Main Hall is a spacious venue that accommodates up to 200 guests. With its high ceilings and exposed piping, the space offers a modern industrial feel, making it ideal for weddings, receptions, meetings, performances, and community events.

Educational Room
Our Educational Room is the perfect space for smaller meetings, workshops, classes, and private gatherings, with seating for up to 45 guests.

A media system is also available to stream live demonstrations from Nana's Kitchen to the Educational Room TV, making it an ideal setup for culinary classes and presentations. Additional fees apply.
Nana's Kitchen
Nana's Kitchen is a fully equipped commercial commissary kitchen licensed by both the Health Department and the Department of Agriculture. Available for lease, it's an ideal space for caterers, food entrepreneurs, and culinary businesses. All users must be ServSafe Manager certified and follow established kitchen procedures.

Jose Balderas Garden
osé María Balderas Memorial Garden
Located just outside the Sofia Quintero Event Center, the José María Balderas Memorial Garden is a beautiful outdoor space perfect for family gatherings, birthday celebrations, wedding ceremonies, and other special events. The garden can accommodate a 30' x 60' tent, making it a versatile space for larger outdoor gatherings.
The garden features one of the country’s first rain gardens, five raised garden beds, two circular herb gardens, a brick pizza oven, and more.
Grandpa’s Garden amenities include:
- Wooden picnic tables
- Outdoor bar available
- Fully fenced property

Rental Amenities & Services
All rentals include your choice of:
- 8-foot round tables
- 6-foot or 8-foot rectangular tables
- Padded folding chairs
- Six round bistro tables
SQACC will set up and tear down the tables and chairs needed for your event.
At the end of your rental, renters are responsible for cleaning and mopping the space and removing all garbage.
Make your event easy to find and extra special with our Broadway Street marquee signage! Use the marquee to direct guests to parking, welcome attendees, or share a special celebration message.

Off-Site Rentals
A deposit of $75 will be required for all off-site rentals.
