EVENT CENTER RENTALS
Our Event Center, Nana's Kitchen, Grandpa's Garden, Educational Room and Galeria are available for rental use.

The Sofia Quintero's Event Center is available for private or public use, for individuals or companies. Whether you are looking for space for a birthday, graduation, celebration of life, luncheon, or training area, SQACC's Event Center can accommodate your needs.
The Event Center is a great choice for up to 200 guests and for smaller groups up to 45 in our Educational Room is a perfect fit.
Need a Kitchen?
Nana's Kitchen, located inside the Sofia Quintero Event Center, is a fully equipped Commissary/Catering commercial kitchen that is licensed both through the Health Department and Department of Agriculture. Kitchen rental is available for your function or business!
Main Hall
Our Main Hall is a large room accommodating up to 200 guests. High ceilings and exposed piping give the space an industrial feel. With lights strung to make the room feel more intimate.
The room is equipped with:
- A Bar
- TV with Chromecast & HDMI Connection
- Projector with HDMI Connection
- Projection Screen
- Wi-Fi
- Seating for 200 People
Educational Room
Educational Room can accommodate
smaller functions.
It is equipped with:
- A TV with HDMI and Chromecast
- Wi-Fi
- Seating for 45 People
You also have the ability to use the media system to show lessons in the kitchen and the educational room to the TV (extra fee).
Nana's Kitchen
Nana's Kitchen is a fully equipped commercial kitchen that is licensed both through the Health Department and the Department of Agriculture. You may lease the kitchen out for your business! All businesses must be certified ServSafe Managers and follow procedures when using Nana's Kitchen.

Jose Balderas Garden
Jose Maria Balderas Memorial Garden is the gorgeous garden right outside the Event Center. The area fits a 30’ x 60’ tent. The garden is a great place to hold a family get-together, birthdays, and wedding ceremonies! It hosts one of the countries first rain gardens, 5 raised beds, 2 circular herb garden, brick pizza oven, and much more!
Grandpa's Gardens include:
- Wooden Picnic Tables
- Bar is available in this outdoor space
- Fenced in Property
Looking to rent?
All our rentals include your option of:
- Round 8ft Tables
- Rectangle 6 ft or 8ft Tables
- Padded Folding Chairs
- 6 round Bistro Tables available
SQACC will do all the set up and tear down of tables and chairs for your event.
As a renter you are responsible to clean and mop, and take out your garbage at the end of your event.
- we can also offer the use of our Broadway Street Marquee signage for your event: give direction to your guests for parking or share a celebration message!
Parking:
New event parking lot next to 535 Crittenden St.
Also, street parking available on both sides of Broadway.
Off-Site Rentals
A deposit of $75 will be required for all off-site rentals.
