This is an adult cooking class. Those 16 yrs & 17 yrs of age may register and participate along with another registered adult.

Casado: Traditional Costa Rican Meal

A Costa Rican Casado is a traditional dish typically consisting of rice, black beans, a side of cooked plantains, a salad, and often a protein like chicken, beef, or pork.
