Culinary Classes at SQACC

We are excited to announce our listing  of  winter/early  spring cooking classes for 2022! Whether you want to individually develop your skills or are looking for something fun to do with family and friends our classes are a great option!

Moqueca, Brazilian Fish Stew

A  Brazilian  Fish  Stew,  with  citrusy  notes  and  a  hint  of  earthiness,  made  with  shrimp  and  fish  as  a  base  with  tomatoes ,  onion,  garlic,  lime  and  coriander.

African influences on Latin Cooking

Dominican  Republic,  Puerto  Rico,  Peru:  We  will  be  making  dishes  influenced  by  African  techniques  and  ingredients.  We  will  be  using  ingredients  such  as  plantains,  malanga  and  rice.

A  Traditional  Honduran  dish  composed  of  a  flour  tortilla,  filled  with  a  smear  of  mashed  “refried”  red  beans,  crema,  and  crumbled  queso  euro.
