El Centro Hub is a bilingual, bicultural community navigation center located at the Sofia Quintero Art & Cultural Center in Toledo's Old South End. We connect underserved families with resources for housing, healthcare, legal aid, food, and education, helping reduce barriers and empower families toward stability and self-sufficiency through culturally responsive, neighborhood-based support.

The Sofia Quintero Arts & Cultural Center is committed to promoting mental health awareness in Toledo's Old South End. Through education, resources, and outreach, we work to reduce stigma, support mental well-being, and build a healthier, more connected community.

Join us for an afternoon of cooking, art, music and more! We provide an interactive cultural experience to private groups such as schools, organizations, after-school programs, daycare centers, etc.
We can offer up to a 4-hour tour that that allows youth and attendees to learn about SQACC's mission and what we do throughout the Old South End. Participants will work with our Art Coordinator on an art project and then head into the kitchen to make their own lunch! We can also offer dance classes, a visit to the bees and more.
Cultural tours can be tailored to your group depending on the size and length of time.
