El Centro Hub

 El Centro Hub is a bilingual, bicultural community navigation center located at the Sofia Quintero Art & Cultural Center in Toledo's Old South End. We connect underserved families to resources in housing, health, legal aid, food, and education. Our goal is to reduce barriers, build bridges and empower families towards self sufficiency and stability through meeting people where they are, in the language they speak, in the neighborhood they call home.  

  The referral form is for anyone who wants to request help connecting to local resources. Community members can self-refer, and agencies or service providers can also refer someone on their behalf.
